What to Do If You Don't Receive the SMS CodeUpdated 4 months ago

In some regions, you may experience issues receiving the SMS code (OTP) needed to complete your Livlab account setup. This is due to temporary connection problems with our SMS service provider. We’re actively working with them to resolve this as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, don’t worry — you can still complete your registration.

If you don’t receive your SMS code, simply wait 12 hours. After this time, your account will be automatically validated by our system.

Once your account is validated, you can log in using the email address and password you created during the first step of registration — no SMS code needed.
